A small town, 5 miles west of Rhyl, and about 1 mile inland. Picturesquely situated, the town has a sixteenth-century church which contains some ancient glass, an Elizabethan chalice, and a thirteenth-century stone cross inset in the floor. The suburb of Pensarn is on the coast about 1 mile distant, and provides the nearest railway halt.
